The bar
Six stools, one grinder, no queue system
The bar exists so we can taste what we roast in front of the people who buy it. Espresso, one filter on batch brew, and whatever is in the cupping jars if you ask before eleven. There is tea from a grower we have bought from for four years, and drinking chocolate we make here in the winter. We do not do syrups and we are not going to.

The roaster runs Tuesday to Thursday mornings. It is loud, and the bar stays open through it.

At the counter
Whatever came off the roaster that week, plus tea and chocolate. Bring a tin and we fill it.

Every fortnight
Tell us filter or espresso and how much you drink. We roast on Thursday and post it the same afternoon.

For your cafe
Standing orders from six kilos, delivered on a fixed day, with the dial-in visit included.
Roast day is Thursday for post
Orders in by Wednesday evening go out on Thursday afternoon. After that they wait a week.
